Great, friendly staff. Owner was very friendly and accommodating, answered any questions and provided very helpful information about how to get around bangkok to the places we wanted to go, as well as making good suggestions for places we might want to visit. He allowed us to store a bag at the hotel for almost two weeks free of charge (we had a night booked there at the end of out trip as well) and even helped us with online check in for our flight. Friendly, helpful staff, great location, great breakfast included. The manager is more than willing to take the time to help you choose activities and suggest ways to get to them. I was so impressed I cancelled my second hotel and rebooked Bahn Sukhumvit 20 when I returned to BKK after visiting Hua Hin. If/when I return, I will have no hesitation in booking here again.

If this was your first trip to bangkok and you were trying to get to the place on your own from the train station it might be hard to find as the streets are not labeled very well, and that street in particular did not have a number when coming in off sukhumvit and almost looked like an alley.
Nothing to report on the dislike side.
The hotel is quite far from BTS Asok (the nearest BTS from hotel), a bit difficult to find out, and the staffs are not as friendly as the owner.
The towels were not clean.
