  Location of this hotel is fantastic. Located at the end of Sairee Beach, it is close enough to the action, but far enough away to avoid the noise at night. We stayed in a roof top villa which was excellent. Decor of the room was quirky and the outside bathroom was a nice feature. Best restaurant during my travels :) super friendly stuff, fantastic apartments, infinity pool, big rocks on the coast, awesome snorkeling spot, cheap and super comfortable, they have everything, wow!!!!!   Almost everything! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, complete with all necessary amenities. The hotel is not on a beach per se, but you can walk there in like 5 minutes. As it's located in the heart of Sairee it is within walking distance to convenient shops and restaurants. Very impressed with our masseuses - The staff we dealt with were fantastic. 3 of the ladies at the desk couldn't do more to help. We were assigned a room upstairs and inquired on being put in a downstairs room. They changed it immediately and without a single fuss! The rooms are so clean. It is quiet but right on the doorstep of some wonderful bars and restaurants! Brilliant. It was our second stay as we loved it so much a couple of weeks before!!!

  Really nice! The beach is gorgeous, we did snorkel every day, using the hotel equipment that was borrowed at no charge at it was good quality, but next time we will buy and take our own, so you don't have to run for it every morning. They also have kayaks to go around the bay that are in very good condition. The food is nice. Near the restaurant, ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » they are building rooms (3 or 4 story little building), so there is construction noise near the reception, restaurant and a bit on the beach, but from - We loved everything! It is a perfect place to be. We stayed 3 nights in a castaway villa - P e r f e c t! the closest to the beach you can get. The design is simple and beautiful. You can relax on the soffa on the terrace just about 7 steps from the water. The grounds very green&peacefull and I believe that even if you are not staying in a castaway villa you will enjoy great views. We didnt try the pool (since the beach is perfect), but it seems OK, not too big. the breakfast is good no

  This place is just great and Jany the Hotel Manager went above and beyond to arrange everything during our stay and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Jany is the future Mayor of Ko Tao who knows everything going on and is a huge value to the hotel and its guests.   reception from the pier and they sent transport immediately. All the staff have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Having read the reveiws it was no surprise that the hotel is on a steep slope. We booked a standard room which was a bit on the small side but clean and comfortable, if larger room required book deluxe or sea view. We ate in the restauran - Excellent snorkelling just off the beach. Sea view and hut was brilliant and spacious. Pool area and design of hotel was amazing lots of areas to relax in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the San Francisco golf buggy ride.
