Lovely Aow, the manager, doing everything she can to oblige guests. Location, so close to the ocean you can hear the tide at night and enjoy your lunch with a fabulous view (not to close to night parties noise though), not to mention the food (among the best in the "oldies" of Koh Tao). For those obsessed with being connected to a screen while being in such a beautiful place: wifi now functions in the bungalows.
There was nothing to my dislike
The location is excellent, near the beach, 10 min walk from the Pier and the main sairee beach bars. Very good value for money, definitely I would come back.
The only thing that I did not like was the shower, it doesn´t have enough pressure.

Our room was very modern and there is a nice restaurant / bar on the beach. It is a 15 minute walk to the ferries along a single track road, so save yourself some beer money when you get off the ferry.
There was a serious issue with the drainage in our bathroom and the smell was unbearable. No help with luggage to rooms as there is at other resorts.
The staff were absolutely fantastic. Food excelant . Location is lovely.

The hotel is in a really good location, between the ferry piers and the bar area in Sairee Beach, 10 minutes walking to everywhere. We stayed in a bungalow, very fancy and relaxing, clean and comfortable. The resort restaurant is really good and cheap, but don't expect big dishes. Renting a motorbike for going around the island is a great option, and there are lots of places next to the hotel where you can find it. Also diving schools really close, and the beach is right across the street.
Low wifi signal in the room, almost none. The bathroom had a funny collection of animals, from ants to cockroaches to a big gecko, but that's normal in the island i guess. They don't clean the room unless you told them to.

The location was brilliant, close enough to Sairee beach, it's ON Sairee beach but far away that the music from bars isn't too loud. About 30 sec walk and you're on a beach. The bungalow was modest sized with a comfy bed, was paranoid there would be mozzies in the bathroom but I didn't see any. Was clean! the best part was being so close to such an amazing restaurant. Brilliant food. Have some pancakes, delicious! We ate there for breakfast and dinner! would definitely stay here again!

Shower was just a trickle of cold water. Rooms never felt clean after the cleaners were in, towels were only changed once during a 7 night stay, hand towels weren't changed at all
The location is excellent. Just so near to the beach. And the restaurant is probably the best along the Sairee beach.(price and view)
Location is calm and excellent, I don't know about the nice bungalows but we stayed in standard suites and the room is spacy, clean and comfortable with airconditioning. Beds are comfortable as well but may be a little bit hard for other people. The restaurant is amazing and offers a wide variety of dishes for a unbeatable price. Breakfast directly at the beach was astonishing.
The rooms did not offer mosquito nets so you may bring your owns, though we didn't had to fight many of them.

Location was great. Room was comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine. Restaurant had a fantastic view.
Wi-Fi was inconsistent and only ran in the restaurant for part of the day. Bed sheets had a few stains when we arrived.
The lady that manages the place is absolutely adorable, ready to help, caring, very efficient

Very nice hotel at godd price.We chose a standard studio:design style furnitures,big bathroom,nice terrace.Clean and in front of the beach.The restaurant is an excellent place to relax looking at the sea,food is good.Friendly staff
Powerless shower.We stayed 2 nights and room has not been made up. But I really would recommend this hotel.
Loved the bar/patio area that overlooked the beach. Also like the location which was easily accessible to bars, restaurants, the beach etc...

Location. Wifi was good. We were able to check in early which was great. Restaurant food was good.
No aircon, staff didnt clean the room during our stay. Breakfast not included. Manager was good when he was around, restaurant staff need to be a bit more helpful when manager isn't there
Woman in the reception is very helpful. Rooms are massive, our room is beach front and clean. Our friends room is newer and really big. Overall good room!

The rooms really are basic, but the staff are very friendly, and the food is lovely.
Pillows on bed very lumpy, burn holes in the sheets, a/c very weak and ineffectual. I didn't really care, but there was no television in my room.

Water pressure was poor
the resort is away from the main drag of town and we have quietness and peace. It is yet not too far away from the centre of town where we did our shopping and tour arrangements.

English 1) wi-fi connection was very bad 2) we couldn't swim on the beach because they were a lot of corals in the water 1) невозможно было подключиться к wifi 2) покупаться на пляже не удалось (вся вода была устална непроходимыми кораллами)

We booked a superior bungalow but it was not very clean and the bathroom was disgusting. No hot shower as advertised

We love In Touch Resort. Our room was beautiful and so comfy with a lovely little patio area to sit out in. The room although a fan room was never too hot as the fan was really powerful. The resort is at the quiet, clean and more beautiful part of Sairee Beach. The restaurant is beautiful with comfy cushion/beds on the balcony part where you can sit and watch the sunrise. All the staff there are really friendly. We loved it so much we are going back there to stay another 5 nights after we finish our diving.
The one thing I can pick out is there is only wifi on the restaurant (but it's very fast connection) but you don't really need it on such a beautiful island so it's not really a negative point.

Excellent service, we rented a concrete bungalow, but there's was a problem with the reservation so we got bumped to a studio room for the same price straight away. In touch restaurant is one of the best on the beach walk and not too pricy for that matter.

excellent staff, rooms are really clean, resort is on the calm side of sairee beach. the restaurant is a quality rare on the islands, and really good value for money. great hotel on a great beach on a great island!

Probably not the cheapest one there but it was clean with very comfortable rooms and next to the Sairee beach. Its restaurant may have be one of the best in the area.
At that price breakfast could have been included but i never got a hotel with breakfast in Thailand. It might be their thing...

All was ok
Studio room was really good quality, good furnishings and fixtures. Really the best room I stayed in during 5 nights in Koh Samui, Koh Phanang and Koh Tao. Staff are very chilled out and so expect this over overt friendliness

the resort is on the beachfront so there are no long walks to the beach. the staff is very friendly. the rooms wih ac are very modern and clean. shops and bars are near. you can book a lot of things on the reception, e.g transfer to several destinations like koh phi phi and koh samui. there is no noise from the streets.
room with fan has an open bathroom so there is a possibility for insects to crawl inside, also the room is very hot even when the fan is on.
