  I have just come back from a 4 night stay at Beausite Park and can thoroughly recommend it. It was a relatively last minute decision to go skiing (booked through letsbookhotel.com) and I ended up going on my own. I was made to feel very welcome throughout - staff were friendly, helpful but not overly attentive. As a bonus, it's virtually sk - Faultless. Attentive staff and perfect service. The attention to detail and level of service never faltered when they were busy and when things got quiet mid week. We stayed in a peaceful room with a view to the rear wooded hillside and it was great. Clean and well serviced by discreet and polite staff.   I feel quite fortunate to have stumbled upon this little gem of a hotel situated in the alpine village of Wengen. The staff are all excellent, friendly and helpful and really made our stay even better. I like the fact that Hotel Caprice is not a large hotel because the service feels much more personal. We appreciated the privacy and quietness of the surroundings - The staff is exemplary and the views are stunning. Annamarie and Justin are engaging and accommodating hosts while Carlos looks after every detail in the dining room. The hotel offers very easy access to the Kleine Scheidegg and the Jungfraujoch and has the most incredible views of the Jungfrau and the waterfalls along the Lauterbrunnen Valley walls. Very highly recommended.

  The staff ,at all levels from management to dining room and porter, were attentive, helpful and polite. They gave absolutely brilliant service throughout my stay. they would go out of their way to make your stay feel welcome and comfortable .I especially appreciated the staff namely , Ahmed & Kristine. Totally recommended - Wonderful views when weather cleared. Very good continental breakfast. We were allowed to change to a corner room on request (for an extra 10 swiss francs per night) which was the room advertised on the website. Also Cola the house cat's use of the elevator was amusing.
