  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet.   I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with everything one can need for warming up and working out. We checked out at 3.... mitä ihmiset sanovat » 30 in the night because of our flight and they prepeared us two take away picknick baskets for the breakfast, nice service. The location is very nice: - Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.

  We had a great stay staff very friendly and the place was spotless no complaints whatsoever, we go 2 puerto rico at least 4 time a year and would love to stay in florida everytime, our next dates out there is mid november and have enquired about the dates hopefully somethings comes up, round 19th nov for 14 nights we are flexable on dates but have... mitä ihmiset sanovat » 2 be there 23th-30th as were meeting up with friends over there. - the fact that we recieved clean towels and had a cleaner approach us every day to clean our apartment also its so close to the centre there was no need for taxi to put it simply i love these apartments

  Spent 10 days in august 2013. Very nice hotel. Surfing spot is just infront of the hotel. Few steps to the left waves are lower. The beach is wide and well mainteined. Playa Ingles where very many places to eat are nested is about 20-25 min of a very pleasant walk along the ocean. - I was impresed by the stuf.   Loved the whole place! It felt roomy even when there were six of us (including two children) in the house. My teenage daughter loved the "penthouse" as she called the top floor, which she of course had all to herself. The staff was friendly. The place felt a bit out of the way location-wise but that was exactly what we wanted. Will come back!!!
