Fantastic, relaxing place. How wonderful to open your patio doors to the view of the sea. The Bungalows are exceptionally clean, all the staff are great, very helpful and friendly. The bungalows are in an ideal location. We would highly recommend the bungalows for a wonderful holiday. -

Peaceful, no noise at night. Nice rooms. Very good breakfast. SPA was FANTASTIC + jaguzzi on the roof! Lot's of activities: snooker, pool, computergames, bowling (though it was not in very good shape), spa, minigolf. Nice swimmingpool. -

The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

The area is very central and safe. The walks along the beach are good with plenty of bars and restaurants that give good value. The public transport is excellent. I must compliment Diego in the reception of the hotel who was very helpful in relocating us to a better apartment. -

The apartment was spacious for two, the balcony view good and the lady on reception was great - really helpful and friendly. The location was perfect with good restaurants and shops on your doorstep and the countryside in easy reach. Care hire was easy and cheap and local buses the same.

The view was fab. Looking on to the sea and beach. We were lucky to get

to noisy as bedroom at the back. Pool cleaned every morning, laundry on
complex. Very good stay. We would go back. We went for 7 nights here
but also booked in to an app in the old town for 4 nights as we wanted
to experiance both old and new part of puerto del carmen. So glad we
done this.

Cheap & very cheerful describes the complex. Very friendly & efficient staff, the rooms were cleaned every weekday, towels changed every other day & beds changed twice weekly. Bar staff were fabulous & the snacks they served in the pool bar were excellent. Will definitely go again
