  Spacious, clean, excellent value for money, close to the strip, and only 2 minutes from the beach. This place is very basic, its got everything you need, perfectly adequate, comfortable, but isn't luxurious. It suited us just fine.   I liked everything. Easy to find in Cala Ratjada, easy to park the car. Nice welcome - spacious rooms, ideal location for seaside walks. We had breakfast and evening dinner - all perfect - nice stuff.
