  The owner (or manager) of the hotel is one of the kindest person I have ever met! He was extremely helpful and flexible! The hotel is really close to the center of Ciutadella and to the sea as well, but for the nearest beach you need to walk some minutes (which is really few in Menorca!). Clean room, everyday cleaning service. Check-out at 12 noon, and not early in the morning like other hotels. Comfortable bed, big bathroom,quiet location. Very easy parking around! Didn't have breakfast so we cannot comment. Last but definetely not least: great value for money!

  This is really a nice, cosy hotel with a good atmosphere, and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The two brothers, who is the owner of this hotel, knows how to make excellent service for the guests, with a friendly attitude, a smile and some humour also.   Great location and really helpful staff. Good facilities to use even post check out. Drinks and food prices were really reasonable and sports facilities were great especially given the price! Would stay again!!
