A friendly atmosphere, colourful rooms and only a short distance from the camino. If walking the camino, it is a good idea to have breakfast here as other bars are not open early. Simple breakfast. Stayed while walking the camino. A little off the trail, a few minutes walk but well sign posted, and worth it for a comfortable night. Owner did all my laundry for 5 euro. Great stop while walking the Camino. Easy to find and only a short walk from food,( nothing close at hand !)! Breakfast was a little bit of a letdown though --.

The pension is between el Camino and the center of the town (it is kind of in the middle of nowhere facing the field with some cows, but saying that "it's far from the center" is quite overstated considering that the town is very-very small). Maribel and her staff are very nice and helpful. Staff very friendly and welcoming but could not understand or speak English at all. Close to town and close to the Camino route. Location: close to the camino de Santiago. Well sign posted. Pleasant staff. Quiet and comfortable enough for a night's rest, while walking the Camino. It was right on the Camino way. Should put it on website. Convenient location. Good sized room. Good bed. Nice shower. location and host. Very close to Camino. Restaurants etc close by. Nothing! But there were beds.... Owner seemed a bit curt, but that may have been a language barrier. Still, she was helpful. Breakfast for 5Euro not good value compared to cafes. I thought it was a little pricey because it was away from the main part of town. They advertise Then have wifi, but no, that didnt work..... Breakfast wasn't best value. Although the rooms are indeed nicely decorated, everything is looks quite worn out from close up, so feels less clean than it is. They were busy renovating so guys working right outside room's window. I was not introduced to the facilities and did not recognise the lounge as such. It was a bit strange with a shop-like window looking on to the street, sparse ,cold and uninviting. The breakfast wasn't good value I felt, although breakfasts very from place to place.However, I just needed a place to sleep!. The lack of wi- Fi when it advertised having wi-Fi. Lack of toiletries. A bathmat would have been nice, given the open floor level shower ( nothing to trap the water) and the shower head was lore than shoulder level. A bit remote from restaurants and shops. over priced and a bit dated. Small basic room. No security on front door so transferred luggage visible and easily stolen from street. No bath just a shower and not good water pressure. Absolutely scandalous! Walking on the Camino de Santiago, we arrived in the cold and rain. There was no heating! After begging for an hour, the owner called the plumber. The room was eventually heated for 2 hours in the evening. Freezing cold next morning. Wet shoes and clothes. Passport detained all night before we paid. Tiny bathroom. Decoration: utmost bad taste. Kitchen locked although you are supposed to be able to make yourself a tea or coffee and no bar. Deserves Minus 2 stars!.
