  The reception staff is great and welcoming, however no bell boy, no welcome drink, unlike many other 4 star hotels. The rooms good sized, clean good sized bathrooms, beds comfy enough, however empty mini freezer, no tea making facility or even empty glasses or water in the room.   Excellent location to bars and eating places. Lovely walks and close to everything old town within walking distance too. Lovely friendly staff and price was right. Great you could have breakfast and a cuppa anytime also washing machine although I didn't use it.
