  Wonderful view. Great location. Breakfast at the high class restaurant below the location is limited but usual for Spain. Nice staff and owner. Very different to commercial establishments in as much as it is a converted apartment and was very interesting for us, a mature couple. We were placed in a huge room at no extra cost. Very clean.   Staff, Location and Cleanliness. Location was just the best in Madrid I believe. It is not in the midle of the touristic spot so you dont see 40+ years old tourists waddling around in their "comfortable" attire when you go outside of you hotel, instead, you are in the middle of the trendiest area. You can take express bus from the airport (24h) for only 5EUR and get off in Plaza Cibeles which is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Y - We had a wonderful time in this beautifully designed and extremely well located hotel. Staff were very friendly, elegant and welcoming. Attention to detail is for sure one of the key principles of this hotel, starting with the welcome (someone opening the door for you, we got offered as well a glass of Champagne to welcome us, water was provided for free in the room, ...).   Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

  from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. I will recommend it to all of my friends. jus make sure if you want to be used the terrace at night make reservati - The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),
