Location was brilliant, in the heart of gran via where it all happens in Madrid Staff were really good and helpful. Not somewhere to bring your partner but if you are with a group of friends its cheap and does the job well.
Beds not comfortable, small apartments but okay for group of lads.
Value for money, two minutes walk from Tibunal or Gran via tube station right in the middle busiest shopping street
Small bathroom, could barely stand. HAVE to be there before 11pm to chck in, else they charge 23 euros. Its not manned 24 hours..
Not a same room, got a bigger room but not a smoking room as they promised. Very friendly host.
Great location, many bars around, free Internet ;-), laundry machine
Too noisy to sleep: no sound isolation from a very noisy street, which means you are in the middle of loud sounds till 3-4 a.m.
the location - it´s central
The room (nº 9) hasn´t windows and no one advise us. The lift broke for three days, our room was in 4th floor. There wasn´t hygienic paper and anyone to ask.
The location and price.
Very poorly equipped. Extremely difficult to find, because there is no contact address (spent 2 hours looking for it). Bed is shocking, my husband and I had to sleep top to tail. The noise from people arriving and leaving all night in the building meant sleep was impossible.
The location was excellent.
The facilities were very small, dark, not clean and lacking basic amenities such as kitchen ware, chairs, towels ect. Very over priced for what is provides.
