  Excellent location -literally 5 minutes walk from the centre of Barcelona. Very reasonably priced for a city centre location. Staff were excellent - very friendly and accomodating. Hotel is well equipped - it's a basic hotel with modern decor and is very clean. The room was really confortable and clean. The hostal looks to be very new, wich is good. The shower is perfect. For sure the best shower I used in Europe!! They have elevator, computers and small kitchen that makes your life easier. I really recomend

  About 10mins walk from the Catalunya Plaza, near to the airport bus statation. This hostel is in a residential building without any big sight on outside the building, so you may easily miss it. The inner deco is very traditional and beautiful, high ceiling, spacious balcony, colorful glass window with Japanness style prints. PS:We arrived the hostel even - The Hostel is really great. It's located in the city centre close to Placa Catalunya. The nearest metro station is only 50 metres away! Stuff was very friendly always willing to help. There was no problem with printing some tickets or with leaving our bags for 8 hours after the check out as we had late evening flight. Overall i would highly recommened this place especially that room with private patio.

  Location was fantastic, read alot of poor reviews before visiting Sant Carlo but it was perfectly fine. My partner and I had a double room with our own bathroom. Wasn't huge but had shower, sink and loo. Flat screen TV on wall, stand up fan provided.   The location was the best I ever had in Bcn. At least half of points of interest is reachable by feet. Just 200 m or less to the station of A1 and A2 buses to airport. Hostel staffs were helpful, warm and welcoming. When we arrived at the hostel Ms.Path explained in details where to go, what to see and what to eat. We followed her recommendations and our Barcelona vacation was a memorable experience that we would cherish this life time. The premise and the room were kept spick and span condition.   This boutique lived up to all my expectations from reading the reviews. It's within walking distance from Catalunya square (where a bus runs from the airport every 10-20 minutes for only about 6 euro a person) and the staff are beyond excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us find information on connecting with our cruise. - The hotel appears to be residential apartments that have just been renovated to a very high grade 'Art Deco' standard. I was impressed by the quality for how much we paid. Great location for tourist attractions and just for wandering.
