  The location was good, in the Eixample district - 10 mins walk from Passieg de Gracia Railway Station, so we took train from airport T.2 - only took 25 mins and costs 3.5 euros each. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble. A very good buffet breakfast was included in price. We upgraded to comfort room which was much better - I can highly recommend this trendy hotel.The staff are friendly and knowledgable, rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view over the city, from our balcony, plus a nespresso machine. Breakfast was excellent and this was leisure combined with business. We stayed in this 4 star hotel for leisure and thereafter went to a 5 star hotel where our conference were, but this 4 star hotel was much better than the 5star. Thus don't let the stars confuse you!

  The staff was super helpful. Always available to help us plan our stay. They assisted us to make reservations, made all arrangements when we had troubles with our bookings. Always a smile and ready to help. El Born was the perfect neighborhood for us to visit the city. Very typical, lots of shopping and small restaurants.   Having stayed in hostels all over the world & expecting a very basic experience (given that I was paying less than 22 € for a night), I was absolutely amazed with the quality of Wow Hostel. Great breakfast in the morning, clean showers and a kitchen you can use. Everything was wonderful!. I would have paid double. The staff was extremely friendly. We made it to the hostel early in the morning and they let me in our room before check in time. I even got my laundry done for a small fee and had my clean clothes on my bed when I got back in the evening. Very central location close to everything, especially Barcelona's famous Rambla Catalunya.
