  From the minute you enter the hotel you already feel something is different. Then, when you get to your room you understand how different it is. The lobby includes the front desk with staff that was always willing to help and give useful advice. Just past the front desk you have the breakfast area/snack room where you can grab something to eat or... mitä ihmiset sanovat » drink when you come back in the afternoon for a siesta or in the evening. We loved the Carrot cake! The standard room is divided into two separate ar - There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

  My wife, mother-in law, and I just returned from 5 days in Barcenona. We got to see a lot of the city but would love to return to spend more time exploring and imerse ourselved in the culture. The mangement at Serenna apartments is very professional and accomadating. We had a very memorable stay in Barcelona and thoroughly enjoyed the city and t - It is very good and comfertable for family..Alfonso wav very helpful and kind..it is enough big for our family. 2 adult and 2 kids. 2 bedroom and one living room.. and a big balcon..( the wiew is not good but you can have a fresh air) the location is also very good just a few minutes from the center.. and it is located in the nice area of bercelona... there is a market only 20 meter away from the apartment so you can get everything from there .. also there is a bakery just near the apartment.

  The people and the location is the best! - The staff was really friendly, towels and lockers free of charge were also a great adv. Breakfast included in the price! I would not expect too much of that though. Location is really good, max. 5 minutes walking to the hostel's entance after the metro doors close behind you.
