Friendly staff, location -
The location was perfect, as a family with no vehicle the location of our apartment was within walking distance to everything. The facilities like the bathroom, washing machine, and kitchen in the apartment were amazing they made our holiday a lot easier. The size was great and it was very comfortable. It was our home

The staff met us at the apartment and provided us with very good
information about the area and also gave us contact numbers if we needed
to get hold of them. Very organized and a nice baby cot was already set
up for us in the room. The door people working at the apartment were
wonderful, friendly and helpful. Apartment was in a great part of town
and very convenient and great access to Metro.

Great place. Alfonso was the lovliest man, & a good looker in his day as was his sister. They were lovely. Beautiful old building, very chicly decorated. Loved it. They didn't have our booking recorded but it was no problem for Alfonso. -

Rosie, the lady who welcomed us and served our breakfast was very sweet, friendly and helpful. She couldn't speak English but used a translate app on her tablet which worked excellently well.
Loved the outdoor decked area.

I needed a last minute hostel and chose this one, in an 8 bed female
room but I was lucky because there were only 2 of us in the room. Maybe
with a packed room, it wouldn´t have been as good because beyond the
dorm room, 4 other people must pass through because there are 2 other
private rooms, and all of us would in theory have to share 2 toilets

-Very Easy to find!! i was worried hard to find it after seeing the review, but it is very easy to find! near the main street! good for shopping!

-staff are very helpful! they are humble n polite. they told me "this is more comfortable for u!" with this kind of service, i will definitely go back if i visit barcelona again!
