  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. The Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, Modernista Barcelona with the Gaudi masterpieces and Joan Miro art, the plazas and markets, Roman ruins, the parks, waterfront and mountains, all very accessible with the excellent metro system and fantastic tourist bus made our 5 day trip one of the most interesting holidays I have ever had.   Very comfortable, modern, well equipped, private and clean accommodation. Any staff that we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. The location of the apartment was excellent and very central to all the tourist/shopping locations. Would recommend to both young and mature couples. The location is excellent! Personal lift that opens its doors just in front of your atico. We asked to meet us with cava - and they met with the good one! One terrace is with the view to the sunrise side, the second and bigger terrace has the view to sunset side. This flat is more than enough for two people. We'll book it again definitely.

  The apartment was amazing. Right in the city center in a really cool area, close to everything. Definitely exceeded my expectations. It's within walking distance from Catalunya square (where a bus runs from the airport every 10-20 minutes for only about 6 euro a person) and the staff are beyond excellent.   Friendly staff, location - The location was perfect, as a family with no vehicle the location of our apartment was within walking distance to everything. The facilities like the bathroom, washing machine, and kitchen in the apartment were amazing they made our holiday a lot easier. The size was great and it was very comfortable. The staff that met us at the apartment were very friendly and the information booklet she gave us was very helpful, she also took the time to circle places of - The staff met us at the apartment and provided us with very good information about the area and also gave us contact numbers if we needed to get hold of them. Very organized and a nice baby cot was already set up for us in the room. The door people working at the apartment were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Apartment was in a great part of town and very convenient and great access to Metro.
