  This was a lovely 3 bed apartment in a very central location. Perfect for our long weekend break. Situated on Calle Balmes in the city centre of Barcelona with great transport links (Universitat station, Gran Via) and close to everything. It has a very modern interior - clean, everything you need for a holiday is there.   Everything was better than I expected. Location was great and the apartment was very clean and nice. Full equipped in everything you can need to make a meal.   Right in the middle of the Gothic district, we walked to most of the great sights in Barcelona! The room was very basic (clean, very firm bed and a clean bathroom with a great shower!) There was a lift and a nice entry area with a beverage vending machine. We had room 308 at the end of the hall. Friendly and helpful staff. I cannot fault this hotel and will book again. Highly recommended!!!

  The room info given by the recidencia campus del mar is accurate. You get what they promise. Location was with in walking distance from the city center. Also a bus connection (bus 17) is near by. Staff is helpfull. The room was cleaned daily, even on weekend. I needed a basic accomondation and did not need it to be just next to la rambla. Very convenient location - less than 5 minutes from the beach. About 5 minutes walk to the L4 metro station. Tons of restaurants and small shops in the streets. Quiet place if no sport matches take place on the stadium near by. The interior was very nice, cleaners cleaned every morning and it looked fresh every time we came back from the beach.   This is a quiet business hotel (althouogh we were tourists) located in the Gracia neighborhood. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was an ok size with comfortable beds and wifi. Hotel has a inside/outside lounge that was nice for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and before heading out to dinner. Optional breakfast is acceptable.
