  Moderni, siisti, todella ystävällinen henkilökunta, 15min matka keskustaan - Everything. I was travelling with friends, we were a 9 people group and had a perfect stay at Madrid. Close tho the city center (next to metro station). Just 15 minutes far from the heart of Madrid. Excellent food in the hostel´s restaurant "il Galo Pelon" (Spanish food,... mitä ihmiset sanovat » tapas, and steakhouse, superb meats). Nice and helpful staff, speaking both good English and Italian (specially Pedro and Benvenutto), and nice staff to at the restaurant (Laura, Pacco...) Clean rooms, modern building, elevator - It's really great place to stay. Clean spacious rooms, very close to shops and really nice local restaurants. Hotel is situated on suburbs area but this is not a disadvantage at all. Next to the hotel in the neighborhood you can find asian shop with everything you need. I hope I will back here as soon as it possible:)

  The hotel is very centrally located on Calle Cava Baja, a street lined with good tapas restaurants and bars. It's easily accessible to the metro and attractions. The hotel itself is very modern and the downstairs restaurant and bar was always filled with people. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The staff was friendl - The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!
