We loved this apartment. My 2 friends and I decided we wanted the flexibility of having our own kitchen & a bedroom/sleeping space separate from living space. The apartment was perfect for 3 of us and the manager arranged for an extra single bed to go in the bedroom, so we could all sleep in the back of the apartment. It was quiet and dark.

Although no staff appeared to be onsite, we could phone or email the office for assistance. Raquel was very helpful, she made sure we had a kettle and top floor apartment as we requested. She also ordered us a taxi to take us back to the airport. The apartment was extremely well equipped and the location was convenient for a good choice of restaurants, cafes and grocery shops.The museums, art galleries, Gran Via and Sunday market are all within easy walking distance.

The hostel is in the hart of Madrid, near to shops, bars, metro. The staff was friendly. The rooms although small are comfortable and clean. The beds were set every day, and clean towels were provided if necessary. I highly recommend this hostel since is the best vale for money!

Centrally located and very quiet. Great to recover from jet lag after a long trip from Australia. Located a short walk from the metro station, so caught metro from airport. Could walk to all major sights from there. Nice and clean place. Excellent value for the centre of a large city. -

Up to the moment I entered the hostal I didn't have great
expectations. Once inside the room I felt very spanish and ready to
conquer the world. Extremely cosy, warm, very clean and friendly, well
located, close to Gran Via and therefore close to everything in Madrid

I am so sorry that I haven't asked the name of that super professional and kind guy at the reception. He was extremely careful, helped us out with all our questions and made sure that we were comfortable and safe all the time. The three recommendations he gave us (breakfast place, lunch place and pizza place) were all great. The hotel itself was not exactly what we were waiting for, but the location is great and everything was so easy. Recommend it.
