Very nice location in the centre of Granada. Rooms are something special. They have no numbers but the names which reflect how unique they are. Interesting dinning-room underground and delicious breakfast.
It is difficult to get there by car because it is situated in the zone where only authorized cars are allowed.
This is the perfect place to stay in Granada. Nothing else will cover my impression!
An excellent location close to some very nice bars and walking distance to most of the sights. Very quiet room due to the extra glazing. Beautiful, luxurious bathroom.

Great location in old city quarter -easy walking to cathedral, bazaar, restaurants etc. Near Alhambra bus route. Very stylish themed room, most comfortable & well appointed. Most helpful staff. Highly recommended.
Very difficult to find even with sat nav. Ended up parking and walking around to find it. Underground parking available in nearby hotel -getting to third level down entails very tight turns and avoiding many concrete pillars. Not for the faint hearted driver! Air conditioning not working so suffered street noise from open windows. Found out in morning it had been switched off at master control in reception.
Large, quiet room. Safe for valuables. Good storage space. Lots of sockets for charging things. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful communal area.
No mirror in main bedroom. Had to ask for iron and board. Bathroom rather basic. No tissue box. Needed another waste bin in bedroom. Problems with wifi.

Distinctive hotel, with each room individually decorated, in a converted sixteenth century building.
Central position with good access to public transport. Interesting basement dining area. Nice breakfast. Peaceful atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. A problem with the waste outlet from the wash basin was resolved speedily.

reception we got from hotel staff was just awesome the hotel itself is a little bijoux, downtown malaga, close to all main Granada touristic attractions (alhambra, cathedral, ...) and to a bunch of places to eat and chill out each room is styled individually, with the right touch of creativity and romance the mood and energy in the hotel is so relaxing and positive this is one of the best places I've been in my whole life (and I did travelled quite a lot ;-)
(one small single spot, wi-fi inside the room was very weak / not working fine)

Really, nothing. This is a charming small hotel with loads of character. What it is not is a business hotel, a spa hotel, or a luxury hotel. If you are looking for any of these things, stay elsewhere. If you are looking for a relaxing, low-key getaway vacation, this is the place!
Helpful, friendly staff. Elegant hotel, in particular the vaulted breakfast room. The breakfast was also good with fresh orange juice and espresso on demand.
Try to avoid a ground floor room - noisy when when other guests return late.

Central love high ceiling room
Not easy to find though the hotel did their best to provide very good driving instructions. No minibar in the room nor anywhere in the hotel, you cannot even get a bottle of mineral water for the evening! WiFi not working. We were in 5 different hotels in Andalucia and they were the only one who had WiFi problem!
Unfriendly night staff, internet was not working and there is either central heating or air conditioning, our room was like a sauna had to sleep with the windows opened.
