The helpfulnes and how friendly the staff were. location very good. Staff always helpfull. The staff were excellent, and they spoke really good english.The location was ideal, only 5 minutes walk from the beach, and within easy reach of all the bars and clubs. Really good Chinese 2 minutes walk from the apartments, called Chino Peking. We had a 3 course meal with half a bottle of wine for 4.50 Euros, which was excellent value for money.

Staff were great, very helpful and loaned us a plug and iron and board with no charge. Left early hours of the morning and as reception is manned 24hr no problems getting our deposit back and another bonus they accept and return sterling. Apartment was very spacious there was 5 of us and we had loads of room.position of apartments in benidorm,staff very helpful,size of apartmnt (2 bedroom) was huge. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The location was good too. location. the location. The location is fantastic, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The hotel is very central.very convenient position. in town centre spot on. central location. Nothing except going out of the premises and there rooms where of a strange setup, only can explain as "Cell block H".It was clean. Not specifically but noise from appartment immediately above was frustrating (walking round on tiles floors).The only negative side, was that we were there for 10 days, and never had bedding or towels changed at all. We did have a washing machine, but would have preferred to have them washed for us. Missed having a balcony to sit out on and there was no kettle.No coathangers to hang my clothes up, bedsettee was not very comfortable. the double bed mattress needed replacing. no pool. The one bed apartments were very small so we upgrade to a 2 bed. There wasno balconies in the apartments. There is no cleaning service or no clean towels offered although they do have washing machines. the apartments was over run with mozzies all seventeen of us got milti bites. lifts were broken at times, noisy at night due to location. Everything, we had to supply our own toilet rolls and there was no change of towelling or bedding and no one came to clean the rooms at any point except when leaving and we had to remove your own rubbish on a daily basis to the bins on the road side if we did not they would not give you your £100 deposit back. The showers base leaked all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway.Bed was terrible, like a metal Army bed from the Second World War. No kettle or bowls in the kitchen. The receptionist asked us to clean the room before check out and empty the rubbish - surely that's the maids job ??.
