-We waited 2 and a half hours that somebody comes and gives us the key to the appartment. - We never got the Wi-Fi password, even though it was included in the price. - It's not the same appartment as on the photos. - You can't reach the owners. -Had to pay 400€ deposit but it wasn't written anywhere.

Please let Guell Executive know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. A EUR 300 damage deposit is payable on arrival and will be returned on departure once the condition of the apartments has been checked. For stays of 4 nights or less, this deposit will be pre-authorised on the guest's credit card, and for stays of 5 nights or more this amount will be charged and then returned on check-out. Please note that arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 50. Early check-in before 15:00 is available on request for a surcharge of EUR 60. Please note that the cleaning fee is for a final cleaning service after departure and costs EUR 60 for the whole stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
