Please note any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is available upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Cleaning is included in the price. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Please note that: Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30 Arrivals after 00:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 45 Late check-out until 18:00 is possible upon prior request, and incurs a surcharge of 50% of the price of an extra night. Check-out after 18:00 is subject to a surcharge of 100% of the price of an extra night. Please note the children high chair has a cost of EUR 30.
