  The hotel is 5 minutes by car to the Madrid airport. The hotel has a free shuttle service. When you call the hotel on arrival, they promptly come to pick you up. We stayed here for just one night as we had to catch an early morning plane. This hotel was ideal for this purpose. The hotel rooms are very nice. Coffee and pre-packed cakes / pastries available free while we waited for the free shuttle bus. Room clean and comfortable. Can't say anything negative about our stay, we only stayed there on our last night in Madrid as had very early flight in the morning, we would stay again.

I will book again this hotel to wait for my flights in the future. - The hotel is very near the airport, so if you're flying early the next day (as I was), it's very convenient. The hotel is stylishly designed, and includes a nice interior bar/restaurant as well as outside terrace and paddleball court. The hotel has its own underground parking deck, but I ended up parking on the street next to the hotel for free. The staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful.

  Stayed here twice..flying to Marrakech and on the return flight back to Madrid stayed overnight to fly out the next morning to the states. Very clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager moved us to a room where the ac was working. Decent food..but next door is a supermercado which is nice and we bought a bottle of Frangel... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ico for $12 which is much more in the states. Nice and convenient to airport and their shuttle picks you up and takes you back. Taxis have min$35 char - Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for passengers taking early flights. I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

  The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection. It was a very quiet hotel, too, except for the fireworks show outside at midnight..........but it had nothing to do with the hotel! :) - very large room, great bathroom and amenities, exceded expectations

  All we had to do was call the hotel from the airport and they gave clear directions where to catch the shuttle to the hotel. The shuttle runs every hour on the hour. The room we stayed in was a bit small but large enough for two to enjoy comfortably. We appreciated having a king size bed that was fairly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious - Room had tv (with English channels), quality wifi, hotel interior and exterior so nice. After checking in we thought about staying in our room rather than going outside. It was that good. Shuttle service to and from Airport was very welcome. Shuttle came within minutes of calling. Dropped us at the airport for our early morning flight as well.
