I stayed here because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. I got in at 11 pm, and the shuttle picked me up within 5 mins after I called for a pickup. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Left again for the airport at 9 am on the shuttle.
As a single female traveler, I felt vey safe and totally comfortable. Highly recommend.

If you are stopping over in Madrid, this is the place to stay. A brilliant place in what is a quaint, quiet little village, but literally 15 minutes to your terminal for flights. You are picked up in a mini bus, and dropped back in time for your flight. Efficient, clean, and well appointed. One of the few places we found that had a fridge. Considering how close you are to the airport it is very quiet. Having double glazing ensures a quiet location.

The owners were so helpful...going out of there way to be accomodating.The hostel was very clean and there was parking. It was very convenient to the airport. - Always use their shuttle service from the Madrid airport. Taxy can charge a lot! Very friendly staff, great choice if you have to stay close to the airport.

After missing my transatlantic flight, I booked a room at the Best Western and the staff was so accomodating. The continental breakfast was delicious and it's really close to the airport, with a free shuttle service. Coffee and pre-packed cakes / pastries available free while we waited for the free shuttle bus. Room clean and comfortable. The hotel is very near the airport, so if you're flying early the next day (as I was), it's very convenient. The hotel is stylishly designed, and includes a nice interior bar/restaurant as well as outside terrace and paddleball court. The hotel has its own underground parking deck, but I ended up parking on the street next to the hotel for free. The staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for
passengers taking early flights.
I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection. It was a very quiet hotel, too, except for the fireworks show outside at midnight..........but it had nothing to do with the hotel! :) - very large room, great bathroom and amenities, exceded expectations

When we asked for directions to the airport, the driver of their shuttle invited us to follow him, so we had a direct escort back to our rental car return.
