The Location was central to all tourist attraction areas and the service we received was exceptional.
Staff were very helpful and attentive. Very clean and in a quiet and peaceful location with easy access to the Waterfront and city centre. Great service from the tour advice desk. Also food in restaurant and room service were excellent.
Initially I thought it was a bit to far from the Waterfront area, but once I has sussed the local very cheap bus service I found it ideal as it's very quiet and peaceful and only 10 mins on the bus, or just over an hour if you walk.
Lovely friendly staff willing to help at all times, clean and a modern feel to hotel.

The food and beverages were excellent as were the staff that providedthem. The room was also spacious and well provided.
I found the reception staff below the standards of the others - mostlybecause I found it difficult to communicate with them in English -perhaps Africans would have been easier!

Very nice breakfast and pool area. Situated in excellent position. Tried the hair salon and it was super and very friendly staff.
I think that they should accommodate smokers more. The outdoor area is the only place smokers can eat and there are never enough table set for breakfast, as non smokers also like to sit outside.
The manner in which we were helped. Melissa helped us when we had problems with our room. She was very proffesional in her approach.

The room was very comfortable and clean with great air conditioning during very hot weather. The buffet breakfast was excellent with great service. The car parking was cheap and very secure. The security was good and staff were helpful.
The hotel is located some distance from the centre and the Waterfront. The cost of a transfer from the hotel to the Waterfront was very expensive as was the cost of the internet. Also there were no printers apart from emailing your printing to the Office. I used an internet cafe at the Waterfront to check email and print boarding cards.
The breakfast was very nice. So were the beds in the room.
There were only 2 computers to use for the guests. The pool sunbeds were very uncomfortable. the room entry key stopped working 3 times. Bathrooms can use an update.
Maybe a bit picky , but ther pillows are way too big , and the cocktails were not great.
Staff very friendly and facilities other than the room were excellent. I would rate hotel common area as 4 star and room as 3 star.
The advertising with regard to the "exclusively spacious bedroom" is somewhat embellished. Also, no clock and no shower curtain in bath/shower makes rest of the tiny bathroom a little wet. We were allocated a smoking room - as non-smokers we'd have only booked a non-smoking room. Guess we lucked out on availability and had we known this would have gone elsewhere.

Service was slow. We did not get assigned the room we booked until we made a big fuss. However, the experience was saved by a friendly receptionist called Melissa.
