Kids love the loft bed.
Carpark is way too far from Hotel and there is no communication on how to get to the hotel lobby. Dragging luggage, pram ... with small kids isn't an easy task.

We loved the Festive Hotel, the staff were delightful and very helpful and the location is fantastic on Sentosa Island.
We had a family room which ended up being cramped when the sofa bed was opened to sleep on.

This is supposed to be a family hotel and there were breakables at the check in counter. Housekeeping service was slow.
It's concept of a hotel within the premises of universal studios, adventure, etc is best. Easy access to sentosa. Variety of restaurants.
No Indian food restaurant. Was given deluxe earlier, in which if you pull open the extra bed, you can't move around. Had to ask for a family too for which extra charges were debited, also even when I was travelling with a 8 year old child, was given a smoking zone. Full floor stinks of smoke.

It is a great location for a short getaway from the busy city life we are having. Although Festive Hotel is located at the heart of RWS Sentosa, it was quiet yet safe at night. We love the space we had in the deluxe room and the lovely balcony where we could have a lovely sight of the scenery around the hotel. I thought it was thoughtful of the hotel to have a clothes rack in each room as most of us would most likely have a swim. The hotel staff was very friendly and thoughtful as well.

its a first time for my family while celebrating my daughters bday. but due to sch holiday, queuing for check in is so long, but its ok we understand.
The location is fantastic. Easy to get to all Sentosa attractions. When you want to get off the Island just grab the monorail over to Harbour town and grab subway to other Singapore attractions. Room was great with the kids loving the bunk bed.
Had to ring housekeeping a few times to get sheets for the fold out sofa.

Excellent location with a resort feeling .The hotel offers a shared room next door where you can rest and shower if the plane gets in early and it is too early for check in.

Everything that you need is within the resort, and only a short walk from hotel to restaurants, attractions, and transport. So convenient, and such a positive vibe about the whole place. Staff were always friendly and happy to assist. You can enjoy the restaurants, pools and facilities at all 3 resorts, and you can also charge meals to your room from the attractions. We had an amazing stay, and were even able to securely leave our bags after checkout, and gain access to the pool area for showers prior to a 10.00pm departure to the airport. I give it a 9/10!
Remember to ask for a non smoking floor, as we didn't and ended up on a smoking floor which was not pleasant at times. Also, when travelling with 2 children and needing the extra fold out bed, ask for a doona or duvet, as all we received was a sheet and we had to ask for blankets. Also the pillows aren't kid friendly (too lofty).

Room was big and comfortable. The fact that it's in Sentosa covers all. Kids love it. There's plenty choices of restaurants around, from Mc Donald's to Hardrock Cafe plus easy access to Vivo City and MRT Station.

Booked the Family Room for two and am very happy with the room. Spacious enough for two, cleanliness was way acceptable and comfort was great too! Bathroom was rather spacious too and was actually hoping for a bath tub.
The check-in counter staffs definitely can be friendlier.

The room design and the flexibility of the staff to allow me for an early check-in (at 1.30 pm) rather than 3 as I told her (Stella if I am not mistaken) I had a meeting at 2 pm. Very thoughtful!

Stayed 6 nights with my wife at the festive hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff, the size of the room and the proximity to all important facilities and attractions. We had planned to spend almost no time on Sentosa but ended up not leaving as everything we wanted was right on our doorstep, perfect location and hotelfor families as well as couples.
Only complaint is the shower head was leaky, but since I never mentioned it to staff I can't be too hard as I'm sure they probably could have fixed it but was really a minor issue

Easy access to other attractions convenience.
My kids and I liked our room as it had a bunkbed for my adult child and a big bed for me and my younger child. The location was also perfect as the tourist attractions were easily accessible and convenient. Free access to monorail was also of big help. Savings on transportation expense and time as it allowed us to visit the Sentosa area with ease. The stores open for 24 hours at The Forum, was very convenient. Any kind of food is available anytime. I just hope that a small convenient store be included in the stores line up. But overall, we enjoyed our stay at Festive Hotel.
All I would say is if you are visiting Singapore for leisure purposes then Festive Hotel is the place to be. I just love it and can’t wait to visit this hotel once again.
Loved the bunk bed for my child in the family suite. Switched on the tv and there was a welcome message addressing me - which I thought was a thoughtful touch. Housekeeping was quick and polite. Watercooler and vending machine near the lift lobby.
The carpet felt dusty and dirty, but then it could be just me cos Ive got a sensitive nose. Buffet breakfast has limited variety and items were not being replenished quick enough.
