Room was big. A welcome platter of fruits. Quiet and relaxing surroundings away from the crowd. Complimentary breakfast included.
Stay was short but most importantly kids enjoyed food, ambience & facilities. Well done! :)

I like the frontdesk service. Especially Ms Sunshine. She made our day by providing a birthday surprise for my wife.
The location. Very far away from the Sentosa gateway.
Marina Location. The infinity pool and in pool dining.

The solitude and the marina environment. Away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore also Sentosa fun park patrons.
Daily service to the room inadequate.
Great view of the harbor and we managed to catch the sunrise from the balcony. Room 10 degree Level 3.

Would have like more assistance with purchasing the tickets for the attractions which would have saved us some considerable time.
We love our room with the balcony facing the marina. There is even a tv just in front of the tub where you can enjoy a show while soaking inside. We love the serenity and relaxing feel of the surroundings. I would highly recommend it to locals for a staycation.
The headboard of the bed and the bathroom blind are a little mouldy. Breakfast spread should have more varieties

The service rendered by the staff are good and professional.
Transportation to other parts of island is constrain by the Bus No. 3 which only comes to hotel bus stop every 30mins...would be better if the frequency could be cut down to 15mins instead. Else it is actually very far to walk to from point to point at the club.

rooms generally not well kept and/or not well maintained up to a satisfactory standard. Lots of red ants and were upgraded to a better view room but still presence of those little animals. Rather annoying white noise level from either the air conditioning unit or fridge.

Price is not value for money since the location is quite far from city. And there is still a lot of renovations on doing in the hotel. Shoule have lowered down the rates.
