The hotel is located in the city center next to the City Hall of Belgrade (with a park view) in a quiet street, within easy walking distance of the major stores and also close to many important historical sites and cultural attractions. The hotel does not have a parking of his own, but on the opposite side of the street (10 meters) there is a public, underground garage for 450 cars. It is about 10 minutes walking from the bus and train stations and the Surcin Airport is 20 kilometers away.
Hotel will be renovated from 1st of July till 15th of December 2008!

Very good location, friendly and hospitable staff. great and central location, good value for money.The room was basic but had everything we needed and were clean. Breakfast was very nice. dining room staff. the location, the friendliness and the old world feel. The location of the hotel was excellent - right in the centre of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. cheap, good location, nice view. Good location.the location of the hotel. Very central location. Only the position was great, five minutes walking to the center. It was near the city centre. view of city hall and ex Yougoslavia Parliament building. The lift was cool. This hotel was not open and we tried calling the contact number for thehotel and there was no reply. This hotel had obviously been closed tothe public for some time.the cleaning ladies were very loud in the early morning times. No air conditioning. smell of sewer in room. a bit smoky. It was a little dingy and run down, but clean, and very cheap for the location. Not all the rooms have air conditioning. too much smoking; non smoking rooms do not exist. small beds, not for people over 1.85m tall. Also some bigger bath towels would be useful. Generally a renovation is needed. due to fact that is an old hotel the comfort is poor. The hotel is very old, single rooms are smalest I ever seen. My room was too small and old, I couldn't move into the bathroom, secondthere are rooms with air condition and others without, by the way theprices are the same for both.The hotel is old soviet style. It could do with serious renovation anda change in staff attitudes. It was not that they were unhelpful whenyou asked. It was that they were completely unaware of modernhospitality concepts. Hotel hasnt been renewd since 1920. it looks more like hotel from horror films than 3* hotel. everything else. The fact that it was shut and a pile of rubble lying in thereception area.
