  Good location not far from the city center with shops and cafees nearby, original design of the appartment, which is very clean, contains everything what is needed, being well furnihed/equipped. The staff is very friendly.

  Probably the hotel is new and that is why everything is working properly, so I wish they keep the same quality. Also, I was surprised the level of quality in general and the price. I would say, that in my life it was the best price to quality composition. Would stay there definitely next time when in Kazan. - The breakfast was way better than in any other hotel in Kazan - and I've stayed in 3 or 4 hotels in Kazan. Service was great and the price is very competitive. Location is ideal if you only need to stay in the city for business, as it's close to the train station. At the same time, location is probably the only drawback of this hotel.

  The rooms are really good value for the price and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very substantial and is prepared for you at the time you state. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will certainly stay there again when I go back to Kazan.

  If you stay at a hotel in Kazan, I strongly suggest you stay here. You won't find a better, more helpful staff. The hotel is very conveniently located and has a tourist map available at reception. The staff without us asking, offered us to keep our room free of charge till that time. That was outstanding hospitality. - I had a delightful large room, decorated in a splendid Venetian style. It felt like a room in an extremely high-end hotel, but for a mere $100 a night! The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Location is good for tourism, very close to the Kazan Kremlin entry gate.
