It is a new hotel, so everything is clean and new. Staff is good too. I'm a Russian so I don't know how they use English, but I guess it is ok too. Hotel is not so expensive and if your goal to see the city and museums and use a hotel for sleeping - it is a good choose.
Location is not so bad in fact, if you have a car. Way to city-center by pub
