The location of the hotel is very good, within walking distance of the Universities and the city center. We liked the nice looking room and the spacious and refurbished bathroom. We also enjoyed the good breakfast selection which included a few warm dishes. Good price for 2 people. Clean room and bathroom. Located next to tram line which was nice. Picked me up from the airport for free!.

What is good is that the hotel has a large parking (free for guests) and beautiful landscaped gardens with a restaurant and cafe so that you can enjoy the peace while you are in town. Others did not leave a good impression. Everything looks good but not really .... The apartment is large (has a separate bedroom, large kitchen, large dining room, living room, work desk, 2 TVs) but half the lights did not work, the rooms are not so clean... A. Choose this hotel only if you are in transit,definitely not in summer time as they do not have a functional ac system. Free private parking. Friendly staff. Our room (on the 2nd floor) did not have a mosquito net and a lot of bugs entered the room as we left the window open. By mistake I went to the same room but on a different floor and, surprisingly, my key unlocked the door. All in all, the hotel did seem very safe. The flies at breakfast in the restaurant. the coffee on the breakfast is not so good but you can live with that. Some staff were a little surly. The hotel was quite hard to find by car, because the large sign is not easily seen from the street. The bridge on the road into the city centre is currently closed for works, requiring a much longer walk into town, and this might be advised to prospective customers. Nothing to complain about. Due to the current works for the underground tunnel in the area the bridge closest to the hotel cannot be used for reaching the city centre. The detour sets the hotel at a 25 minutes walk from either Unirii Square or Opera Square. During the first night we had only one set of towels, although the booking was for two persons. Single key to the room...and old style key..hadnt seen that for 20 years... NO sound isolation!! this was what i actually really hated during this stay! We could hear EVERYTHING people did in the room next to ours... No room service menu in the room, a restaurant downstairs but it seems no room service... The gym isnt only for hotel guests, people come and go, very loud music...tv too small. none. The breakfast is until 10am, would have appreciated 11am :). The room was a little bit noisy, because it was situated on the part with a water fall fontain and it was hot wather and we have to live the window open. Everything was great, nothing to complain about. We rented the apartment for four (two adults and two children) but the sofa bed was not extensible and we had trouble sleeping. Poor selection of food for breakfast. Varem fer un àpat en el restaurant i les cambrers no varen ser gaire amables. Realment NO varem tenir senyal wifi a l'habitació i NO anava l'aire acondicionat. (The wifi didn't work in the room, neither the air conditioner). Air conditioner was not working and the receptionist lied into my face that "we did not know".After that he revised his attitude and said is under maintenance.Which was another lie.Apartments are only for two persons as the sofa is quite small and not extensible. We chose the non smoking option when we booked but the room was having a pungent tobacco smell from previous tenants for the whole two days of our stay.
