  We stayed in this hotel for a football match (Cluj v Chelsea), the staff were excellent, when we arrived at Cluj airport the taxi's wanted 100 Lei (fare should have been 20 Lei), we contacted the hotel and they sent the barman out to collect us. - The staff is excelent and all the services are also very good.

  Actually this hotel is not as brash and corny as we expected. Yes its a hotel made to seem like a counts mansion, and yes it has real bear skins, stuffed animals, towers and ramparts, but it is more tastefully decorated than we expected. Its fun, its luxurious and it is certainly value for money. The hotel is just a minutes walk from the town - Stunning themed hotel, photos on web-sight don't do it justice. Guest rooms excellent.

  The apartment was spacious, comfotable and very clean. The location is great, being close to both the Botanical garden and the city centre. - We stayed in flat A11 and it was a nice big flat with a large living room and a nice bedroom, both of them having a tv.

The staff is wonderful and we had a beautiful view of the church and music hall from our room.   As a business woman, I am travelling a lot across many countries, but in this hotel I really felt like being in Paradise! I was amazed by the variety and richness of the breakfast. The SPA Center was also available 24h, and the receptionists were all very polite, professional and friendly. I had a wonderful stay! - I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Paradis, the Hotel was very clean comfortable and the Spa was so relaxing. The Reception staff were with out doubt the most professional I've ever meet and really went that extra mile for us, so a big thank you to Laura and Miett. I would really recomend this City and Hotel it is well worth a look...

  I stay here each time when visiting Cluj since 3 years.There are many nice-looking,better located hotels of same price range but I've never tempted2change.I feel secure,calm,pampered here.At each visit signs of continuous maintenance and continuous implementation of new things/improvements in interiorandservices. Unlike some hotels we were able toleave the air-con on all day (handy in the hot summer). Long-ish walk totown (30-45 mins), which I didn't mind and in any case taxis in Cluj arecheap. Decent restaurant next door too.
