New, clean rooms. In fact there were 2 rooms in one suite - one with 2 separate beds and TV-set, another with coach, chairs and wardrobe. Direct tram to the old city center. Own parking. just for one night on the way to Berlin. car wash is close by. Street noise. Noise. No condition system. Due to the hot weather during my stay in Warsaw we had to open windows to get colder air to the suite, but trams and a busy road nearby were noisy enough to make sleeping uncomfortable especially in the early morning hours. Air conditioner could solve the problem as with closed windows the street noise is not so annoying. Very weak Wi-Fi in the second building.
