  I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. The best place to stay in Krakow and it is a real value for money. WELL done to all staff and keep on doing a good job. I will defenitely stay there again - Everyt... mitä ihmiset sanovat » hing. Spacious room with conmfortable beds; staff always very nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast with a big selection of food and all of it of good quality. And the location is excellent. Just next to the Carmelite Church (referenced in travel guides) and less than a 10min walk to Cracow's old square.

  The location was brilliant and we were close to everything which was a real plus. Staff were also very friendly and helpful with great English. Accommodation was great, a good size and very comfortable. The wifi was a plus.
