  The location was excellent in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk from the centre. The staff could not do enough to help especially the ladies working in reception.   It had an excellent, friendly staff, who were always very helpful. It was well-located, and within a few minutes walk of the main square, yet situated on a quiet street. Extra points for the excellent air conditioning, which was much appreciated during the extreme heat and humidity in Krakow this August.
