The staff were awesome they accommodated us to the best of their ability with helping out with storage of our bags, access to Internet and with getting around the city. They also helped us with transport to the airport with a special deal. They were also very friendly and always chatting to us which was great! Definitely would stay there again and

Everything was perfect! I definitely recommend this place and I would
recommend getting a room in the lodge. The lodge rooms are perfect but
maybe I am just biased because the decor was my kind of thing. Location
was perfect. The staff were so lovely and they had great smiles!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Museum Hotel and didn't want to
leave. I read so many varying reviews on the hotel before making the
booking and after staying here can confidently say that it was one of

I thought the place was fabulous! My 11 year old and 17 year old were very happy and comfortable too! The location is excellent and we made use of the cafe and proximity to the museum and courtney place buses and eateries! Would definitely stay here again and even my husband enjoyed viewing all the various art works. 9.5/10

While the room was quite basic, the bed was extremely comfortable and the linen very clean. Also, despite the very central location, my room was very quiet. The staff are the biggest asset to this hotel, they were so professional and friendly and no matter what time I left my room or what time I returned, it was always serviced upon my return.

The staff were excellent, we loved the CBD location with flat walk to just about anywhere in the CBD. Close to the sea front, train station and many tourist attractions. Really good restaurant with excellent menu. Great room, very comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom, full mini-bar and stunning views across the CBD from our room. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

These well appointed units are so central.
With views of the surrounding hills and Wellington Harbour we were delighted.
The units have everything you could possibly expect. They are spacious, light and very comfortable. We will stay again.
They do have reception and you can reserve parking spaces.

Great location. There should have been better info re parking, in the book it said of a park right next door at the back of the property but when I rang and asked staff they told me of other parking buildings. It would've been a lot less stressful if I'd had directions to the park next door from the start.

I really liked the convenience of the location - right by Lambton Quay and Queen's Wharf, but not far from Courtney Place etc either. We had a nice, quiet room that was spacious and well laid out. Efficient location, good room layout for a small Studio style, all staff were very friendly and acknowledged us - from the reception to the staff tending to the rooms & in the service lift to cap park. As ex Wellingtonians, it was great to find somewhere stylish but modest where we now know we can have a good stay in the city at a good rate for a weekend. -
Room was clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. Access to and from carpark facility was excellent, safe and secure although it was a little tight in places especially if you own a large car. We ordered the full buffet breakfast. The selection of food available was excellent and the discounted price was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and inviting.

Inner city location, walking distance of harbour, restaurants, Te Papa
and the cable-car. Right near public transport (and government buildings
like the Beehive). Staff were helpful. Good bathroom, adequate kitchen.
Would be great for business stay. Convenient loading zone right outside
on Lambton Quay for getting luggage out of taxi. On Lambton Quay, go
through the door for the Travelex, then around to the right to take lift
to third floor reception.

The very friendly and helpful manager. He booked a city tour bus for us.
Had leaflets and costs of the various modes of transport to get to the
airport and on our day of departure phoned and organised the Shuttle
bus. Also stored our luggage until it was time for our departure. It was
in easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants and the museum.
