The riad itself is a haven of peacefulness from the city/souks and only a 5 min walk from Jemmna el fna square. Though it can be a little hard to find if you do not have a guide, but the riad will send someone to meet you from a central location which is ideal. The staff especially Hanna are very helpful and make you very welcome.The breakfast is traditional mixed breads and sets you up well for the day ahead.Also i recommend eating in on your stay at least once or more if on long stay as we w.
kaikki arvostelut » Cannot fault Hannah at this Riad, I arranged directly via emai a transfer from the Airport and some flowers to be waiting in the room. A driver was waiting at the airport, and there was a dozen roses waiting in the room. They catered for our ever need, and Hannah could not have been more helpfull. The Riad itself is in a perfect Location for those looking to explore the fascinating Medina area, being only a 5 minute walk from the main square (Jamaa el Fna), only 2 minutes from the busstle of th. The girls who work at the riad are amazing, taking care of all details and doing their best to make us feel at home. The room is extremely comfotable and the building is beautiful, an oasis in the middle of the busy Medina. The riad is located close to the main square (Djema el Fna), in a very safe area. I'm in love with both the riad and with Morocco, an amazing country with beautiful and loving people! Hope to be back soon!. The owner call me that our rooms in the Riad Lila are not available, so he offer us different accommodation in Riad Dabachi, about 200m from Riad Lila.It was new and clean accomodatin.Big nice rooms,big bathroom,fast wifi,great pool in the middle of Riad, great terrace, breakfast was possible at 6 am, manager arranged us free taxi to airport because of change hotel, great times there, about 350 m from Djema El Fna. Hannah in particular, but all the staff in general were great and really kind, welcoming and accomodating. The riad was tranquil and has a really good location- a great base to retreat to after the hustle and bustle of the souks. The moroccan mint tea on arrival immediately set the tone positively(!) for a slower pace. Traditional, comfortable, clean and quiet accommodation only metres away from the main square and souks. Hannah was very helpful and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. Rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast was plentiful. Very friendly and helpful staff. In the center of the city; everything could be done on foot. WiFi everywhere. Very quiet after the hustle of the city. Friendly and helpfull staff Clean but becoming old. There was a little bit of a drain smell at some points during the day. We were moved without question from our first room because of the smell, but I think that this was more to do with the room had not been used for a while. This is not a reason not to stay here, as it had no impact on our holiday, but I felt was worth mentioning. There is nothing to complain about, it was really a great experience!. no keys from the Riad, so every time you must to ring the bell and wait, no keys from the rooms, but it was caused , that Riad is aboslutely new and these small things are not yet ready. Nothing really springs to mind hugely, we had a great long weekend. The riad is slightly smaller than you might imagine, but we actually liked that. Need to improve contact with the hotel before arrival- had to call letsbookhotel.com to arrange transfer from the airport as didnt get a call back. The credit card machine was not working which created problems for some of our group. No credit card payment possible !! We had a very small room: a low ceiling and no sitting corner as described on the booking. Only jam and honey for breakfast. No fruit for example. No creditcard facilities although mentioned as avialable. Noise on ground floor Photos are outdated, hotel looks worse Plunge pool bad location not comfortable not in sun area so very cold.
