Absolutely delightful staff, just walking through the doors of the Riad it felt like coming home. There was a wonderful family feeling about the place and a great relationship between the staff and we were treated more as family than as simply paying guests. A beautiful place .. our little oasis in the heart of the Medina. Unfortunately, this place is going to get top recommendations from everyone and I fear there won't be space for us when we aim to return next year. Olivier, Mustafa, Abdu, Ai.

The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech. This Riad felt like an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The place was decorated beautifully and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent, including seasonal fruit, yoghurt, pancakes, coffee, tea and juice. Staff were lovely and always willing to help us out and give us tips for exploring the Medina and surrounds. Pretty much everything was brilliant: honestly. The owner and staff were extremely helpful, attentive and kind, and made us feel welcome immediately. The location is ideal: central yet secluded, and the breakfasts were lovely. A beautifully decorated and calm place to retreat to after a day exploring the Medina. We'd really recommend it as a place to stay. Very well located for all the main attractions. Olivier and all the staff very friendly and helpful. On arrival we sat down with Mustafa and he gave us mint tea and pointed out all the places we wanted to visit on the map. Didn't get a chance to sample the restaurant in the evening, but the breakfast was superb. All round superb Riad. A charming riad in the medina, a very easy ten minute walk to Djemaa el Fna. The rooms, which are set around a beautiful courtyard., are comfortable and immaculate. The breakfast is very good. Everyone was very helpful and very pleasant. Definitely would recommend this riad. The hotel we stays at was a riad, a House with inner courtyard. It was very clean and well kept, the house had a very nice roof top terrace and access to a pool in the courtyard. The owner made sure we found the riad as we arrived and was very helpful during the entire stay. Great price only 5 minutes from Jemma el fna. Host was really friendly and very accommodating! The pool was beautiful and was a must for the 40 degree heat! Rooms were lovely and the roof terrace was great for relaxing! Would recommended this to anyone!! Xxx. Just loved it,. I stayed at Riad Aloes with my mum and we found it was a lovely calm place to relax within the Medina. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were a good size with very comfortable beds. The tiled surroundings were beautiful. The staff was wonderful and very simpatic and helpful, the room was confortable and very well cleaned, the pool was warm and very relaxing, and the location of the riad in the medina was very nice! We had very good time there. superb location less than 5 minute walk to jemma el fna. fresh comfortable bed and bedding. good breakfasts and an excellent dinner. great pool with jacuzzi. staff friendly and helpful . highly recommended. Everything was perfect) Breakfast on the terrace was delicious with fresh fruits and crepes.Don't forget to ask about the excursion to the waterfalls to Atlas mountains!. Very comfortable room and environment, great terrace and incredibly friendly staff. Awesome location, close to the central square but still not that he tic as other parts. The authenticity of the hotel is wonderful - I loved the room and courtyard. It was a peaceful hideaway from hectic Marrakesh. the location is also very central. Four of us had a most enjoyable 3 night stay at this charming & comfortable Riad. The staff were very welcoming & helpful. Would definitely recommend. I really liked the staff and the nice atmosphere in the Riad. It's a lovely place to relax when you walked all day in the busy streets of Marrakesh. Everything! The only advice would be to book the transfer offered by Olivier as I would imagine for a first time visiter to Marrakech the Riad could be very difficult to find on the first night. Nothing. Well, this is a tricky one. I may be wrong but... a misunderstanding over the price of dinner one evening at the riad did leave a bit of a bitter taste on paying the bill on the last day. A pity really, especially because we had been saving some extra dirhams to show a little of our appreciation to the staff for all their hard work and care. But, other than this: excellent. We passed through twice during our trip and unfortunately couldn't stay at Riad Aloes either time. Instead we were housed in neighboring riads with which the owner has a standing collaboration. Our second stay we were allocated a room with a very low ceiling, after some negotiating we were given a discount. we had to come home. Cold water in the sweeming pool, but it was not an issue... Next to a mosque, so sometimes the call for prayer from next doors woke us up early. the communication was a bit difficult since the staff only speak a limited amount of english. A better map and instructions for how to get to the hotel would have been nice. We had to pay someone to lead us there and it was not a nice first experience in Morocco. When we arrived, we had a bit difficulties to find it. Yet when you know the location, it's location is perfect. - all was well. nothing, it's a very nice place. Breakfast a bit repetitive. We asked for an invoice and got a piece of paper in return. Seemed like they avoided formal bookkeeping for tax avoidance. Too hot no aacc, hiden in dark place , no english speaking,.
