My girlfriend and I stayed for a week in early September.
The hotel was spotless, one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The staff, particularly the owner, were polite, kind, overwhelmingly helpful and accommodating, but without being in any way intrusive. The owner speaks good English, French and Spanish, and will provide items such as towels or even a sewing kit on request.
The location is very central, providing both immediate access to the heart of Marrakech's medina and a real sense o. kaikki arvostelut »
Proximity to old Marrakech and the square. Quiet niche amongst hotel enclave. Helpful staff in regard to excursions, car hire, restaurants etc. Very clean bathroom with a good shower. Public Roof top terrace. Well made beds with good mattresses .
- super close to the market you will visit frequently
- well operated shower booth with hot water
- stable wifi
- clean towel
- call taxi service in the morning which comes 70dh (you do not need to nigotiate).
It was clean, near to the square, they charged my phone when asked, steered me into the right direction if I needed to eat etc and they were always very pleased to see me.
Was difficult to find but help from a local guide did the trick. Great location and really helpful friendly staff.
Good placement, in a silent small street near Jemaa el-Fnaa. The rooms are small but good for short stay.
Love it and I would reccomend people to sleep in this lovely Riad
xxxx Shokran Bebe.
A very cute hotel with a highly welcoming staff. Location is hard to beat!.
Price, Rooms.
Nice situated, if you want to explore the Medina of Marrakesh.
The Wi-Fi-connection is brilliant.
Staff were very friendly. Location was just amazing.
Price.
The location of the Riad is perfect, just few blocks from the Square
Jemaa el-Fnaa. Is a basic Riad under construction so maybe will be
better in a while. For the price 20 Euros I will say is fair enough. Is
not so difficult to find as others but grab a map on your phone to
catch it first.
Locations is very good.
There was some building work going on at the time which made sleeping in a bit tricky, but this was hardly something which affected our holiday.
For the money we paid, nothing but to be picky, the reception area and the unfinished wiring.
- hard to get there with no experience
- not thick doot which could make noise next to room
- I was freezing at night even though I understood what I am in winter. No heating device.
Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby.
I was unable to connect to their wifi for some reason. First time in this trip in Morocco.
It is difficult to find and you need someone to help you finding it - at least for the first time.
One of the shared bathrooms has no doors so I never saw someone using it.
Internet is only available in the old building. Our room was brand new
but was not finished. To table and no light in the bathroom above the
mirror. Water in the bathroom was everywhere.
Place of hotel is hiden, difficult to find it. Reception is close during a night .
Is was under construction, so the room has not heater yet and was
really cold. In winter maybe there are better options. Don`t expect so
much is basic!.
We couldn't saty a night there. We payed for the night but gave up and went to another hotel. The room is just the size of the bed (it might have 10m2), no fan or air conditioner, staff isn't nice.
The worst place I've been to Morocco. Minimal rooms, a bathroom for more than 15, dirty, the staff does not return the money if you do not pay exactly, the man said to us 254+254 were 580. They wanted to charge more than stipulated. Very unpleasant. For a little more money you can book a riad. Be smart. I'm still waiting for my 25 DAM...
