well everything really, the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly or courteous. The hotel was fabuluous and very well situated.
Only disappointed that the roof garden was closed for refurbishment and that it was not made clear that use of the spa pool was extra.
The staff are very kind and helpful.the spa (hammam massage, gommage) isexcellent! Much better than the spa of other 5 star hotel in morrocco.
The room is little bit small
Breakfast was ridiculously expensive - prices not given on website. Showerhead not fixed so unable to shower properly. Plug in sink stuck so could not fill basin to wash. Only Thai menu for Dinner although we were offered to dine at a nearby Riad. Spring rolls were horrible!
