  We stayed at the Riad Carina for 6 days in Feb. It was my first visit to Marrakech & I enjoyed it very much. The Riad is situated approx 1/2 mile from the main square. But this is easily accessible along a narrow street surrounded by all the shops. We had booked a taxi through the hotel & were taken almost to the door.   A small jewel. We stayed for two weeks, and had tears in our eyes, when we left. The staff will go out of their way to help you, and breakfast and the meals we had were superb. Excellent beds and very clean. Last but not least an easy walk to all the interesting places.

  It was the perfect stay for our week in Marrakech. Centrally located (7 minutes from Jemaa el Fna), but in a quiet street. The manager Simo was very helpful. Since it was July and Ramadan, it was not busy in the riad, so we got an upgrade to a bigger room for free. The breakfast was very nice and can be served on the roof terrace if you want.   Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed. The Riad is in a very good place, with easy directions to the Sqaure ( once ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » you've done it once ) takes about 10 mins. The gorgeous roof terrace is just what you need to rest after a morning in the Souks or square. Comfortable - A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk. We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations! Breakfast was excellent and different each day. We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.
