Riad Le Calife is the ideal place for an unforgettable stay in the wonderful city of Fez. It is located in the middle of the Medina, just a short 3-minute walk from the famous R'CIF square. The 4 rooms and 3 suites of Riad Le Calife are elegant and comfortable. Each is uniquely and thoughtfully decorated and overlooks the patio. For your comfort, each room includes a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub or shower. All the suites and Opaline and Amethyst rooms have a living room corner. The Riad offers three dining areas for enjoying Moroccan specialities: The Patio Restaurant, the Lounge Bar and the Terrace Bar. This hotel sits just 25 minutes from the International Fez Saïs and provides delightful accommodation for your next stay in Morocco.

Well located in the heart of the Medina, we found the suite to be roomy and sunny and provided a very enjoyable 4 day stay. We were met at the train station and delivered to the riad quickly and efficiently for a small fee. Our hosts Alex and Yasmine were very welcoming and informative and our room was ready for our late night arrival. Breakfast was served on the roof top patio with expansive views of the city. kaikki arvostelut » The Riad Le Calife is a wonderful experience, from the gracious welcome and the comfortable check in (with its mint tea), through the delightful rooms, garden, terraces, to the wonderful meals. You could not stay in a better place in Fes, in Morroco, or in North Africa. The staff and hosts are helpful, charming, engaging, informative, and happy. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. I couldn't fault Le Calife. Our reception was impeccable, the staff are courteous, the owners helpful and friendly. What is remarkable about this riad is the attention to detail - most Riads get it correct, but Le Calife has a stunning attention to detail which is reflects the enthusiasm (and hard work) of the two owners. Don't miss this one, it's excellent. The friendly atmosphere from check in time. Alex and Yasmeen were very courteous. Caring for the little details. 5 days after check out, I am still smelling the aroma of the courtyard and especially the shower gel!!!!great architecture and renovation. The recommendation for restaurants was great and sincere. Charming Riad transporting you into a unique space of old world hospitality and modern day comforts while never loosing the essence of the land where it belongs. I would highly recommend Riad Le Calife to any traveler wanting to treat themselves to a lovely experience in Fez. the Ryad was fine in all aspects, room a bit tight perhaps, but that is part of being in a historical building. Attention to detail, small family run with exceptional service lovely rooms and reception rooms. Great hospitality and personal service. The fact that we could not stay longer - both for Riad le Calife and also for Fes, both excellent. The access to the Riyad from the casba. The streets are not so clean with a bad smell, which is the case for all Fez old town. Leaving after only 3 nights. nothing to do with the Ryad, but I found mass tourism has really taken its toll on Fes. Nothing bad to say. Nothing.
