After breakfast, you can read a book from the library or relax in the lounge. The Kasbah is a 10-minute walk from this guest house and Bouhachem Nature Reserve is 10 km away. Low-cost public parking is available nearby.

We stayed here for 2 nights on the advice of our guidebook which said that this riad is absolutely perfect and I would have to agree! It’s a beautifully decorated riad, with friendly and helpful staff who speak English. They have a fireplace which was nice in February in the mountains and the room had a good heater. Very easy to find and well- marked – though I’d recommend coming from Bab Souk as the riad is a bit closer to this than other medina entrances. Possibly the nicest roof of any riad .
kaikki arvostelut » The staff was incredibly helpful....we were coming to Chefchaouen by private car and were unable to find our way to the entrance ....one of the guys came down to the town....bopped in our car and led us to the parking area and helped us take our bags to the Dar. The breakfast is hearty and fresh...much more than a typical carb overload...and the ambiance is lovely; fireplace going in the chilly morning...great terrasse to relax and take the sun in the afternoon . Great value and quite charming. All the staff was super friendly and helpful for our first visit to Chefchaouen - showing us good places to go, helping us around, etc - and the security felt pretty high since there was almost always someone at the front desk. Dar Meziana is a very friendly little place to stay in the lovely town of Chefchauoen. The staff are very helpful, the food very good and the views from the terrace are lovely. Dar Meziana is a wonderful little hotel, with a nice staff and a great breakfast with a view on the roofterrace. You immediately feel at home. A characterful place to stay. Great location in a lively and interesting part of old town. Very clean and comfortable. very charming place. Excellent to relax and forget the cities noise. I was under the charm of this cosy riad. This is a beautiful and typical small hotel in the medina. It was quiet, clean and charmingly decorated in a simple fashion. Breakfast was on the rooftop terrace with beautiful views. The staff were friendly, although a little reserved. Location is perfect! Right in the beautiful blue old medina, they only have 7 rooms. The rooftop terrace is great for breakfast, the spread is sumptuous and individually prepared, best olives I tasted in morocco was at Riad Meziana. The location can make or break a traveler. Should you want to venture out of town at all (which is actually *not* necessary) you'll need to hike down to the very bottom of town to get a 'grande- taxi'....it's not difficult once you get there but the mountains roads at nite are a bit dicey. Thankfully our driver knew his stuff and he even returned to the restaurant to pick us up after dinner. Like many establishments in Morocco...they do not accept Amex. It was a little pricier than the other dars nearby, but it was worth the splurge for the night. Our room was a bit small. Getting your luggage there may take a little effort and the rooms are a bit noisy (not a lot of privacy). Not easily accessible.You need to park your car away, and walk a little a bit in the medina to access it.it wouldn't very convenient if you have luggage. Breakfast was not very varied. The economy room was too tiny even for two petite Asians like us, it's literally just the gorgeous blue bed as u see on the website and not enough space to move around with two luggages in it. Get the superior room which is Huge to truly enjoy what a riad room is supposed to be. More wall hooks on room wall to hang towel, clothes would be great. Please consider dear owner :).
