  I went to Los Algodones for dental work. I loved that I could walk out of surgery and walk back to my hotel room in 5 minutes and not have to wait in line in a hot car for an hour to cross the border back into the U.S. For me, that was worth $1000. My hotel room was cool and comfortable all day and night without using the a/C.
