I liked everything!! The hotel is gorgeous, the staff, the owners and the owners friends were just great. It wasn't like a hotel stay, I felt like being a guest in a friends home.
It's perfect for couples, very romantic, and you just can't beat the views.

It's great to stay at such a quiet place in GTO--some places in the
centro can be very noisy. The food was delicious, too. The best
"pan dulce" I've ever had in Mexico, too! We very much
enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The hotel was beautiful; I liked the Mexican decoration and it was very clean. I loved the room. The hotel is in downtown so it is great to walk near. It is one of the few hotels that has parking lot so that is great if you come driving to Guanajuato. The staff was very warm with us. -

The hotel was very nice. My room on the 5th floor looked over the pool. The room was a king size room and very spacious. Bed was great, pillows firm. I slept very well all 3 nights. The staff at check in were great and answered my questions later plus called a cab for me. -
