We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted. Check in was no problem, rooms were reasonably sized and the tv unit was simple but good. The rooms were also very quiet. Some rooms have windows, others don't, I personally don't think that should make or break your stay here. The location could not be better, just an 8 minute walk from the major transportation hub of the city, couldn't really get better than that! This hotel was also close to a bar and a liquor store, something you can't find a lot of in KL.

The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

i would like to commend on 2 staff - Margot at the front desk who heled to check us in for her excellent customer service! For patiently waiting for more than one hour for our suite we got upgraded. and Dino from concierge who was there when we needed help. Perfect gentleman who was ready to provide his service. -

Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes. This is my second stay at this hotel and they really exceeded my expectations. Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. There are principly three restaurants offering a large selection. The rooms are large with ensuite bath and shower facilities. There are always staff on hand to help or guide. The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do".
