  Nice place to stay while in Kuala Lumpur since it is accessible to everything we need while on vacation. What I commend most in Hotel Genesis is the honesty of the staff. My mom left assorted items of souvenirs inside the elevator & never expected that she could still recover said items thru the honesty of the staff. Thank you so much.   Reception Staff on arrival and departure were friendly and competent. They asked if we were like an upgrade at no extra charge. We naturally said Yes and were delighted to be shown to a wonderful suite of rooms with an ensuite plus another separate toilet and hand basin. However, staff quickly came to the rescue and arranged for a luxurious priva - This hotel is approx. 20-30 mins. drive from the airport in a quiet rural community. It is the perfect place to stay if you need a quiet place to recharge your batteries between flights. A better option than going all the way to Kuala Lumpur. Hotel staff are very accommodating.
