  The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite that was spacious. First class staff throughout.

  Fantastic hotel right in centre of Golden Triangle and near to good restaurants.Have stayed here many times and will so again in the future. - The hotel room is very clean and neat. Besides that, the menu from the hotel are delicious. Really enjoy stay in this hotel.

The location was simply superb, surrounded by all the shops and eateries for shopaholics, no problems to get meals other than breakfast 5.   Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in kl. We are frequent travellers to Malaysia and this hotel this time seemed to be a hidden gem. Slightly outside of klcc perimeter but absolutely at the doorstep of pwtc lrt. Very convenient to travel to sogo and other shopping malls such as Times Square Berjaya through lrt. We loved everything: very cosy and clean rooms, great room service, spa was fantastic, most of the staff was very professional, great view to the hills, railroad, and canal, good location, despite the mall across the road is under reconstruction, the hotel is within 25 min walking distance from the Sogo shops.   Second time I've spend some days in this wonderfull hotel. Next tima if I go to Kuala Lumpur I definittely will use this friendly hotel with excellent cousin :) - value for money for 5 stars hotel. I got cheaper price trough letsbookhotel.com. The pool and facilities are suitable for family. The foods are excellent.
